I opened in 2002 and I was alone, starting to produce the typical local pasta: egg tajarin, tagliatelle with truffles, Barolo, chestnut and porcini mushrooms.
Going around selling, I noticed that there was a lot of this type of product, but something was missing … a touch of color to the pasta.
It will be for the great passion I have for colors, I love them, that I started producing a colored pasta format, then two, then three … until today we produce over 40!
We have invented new shapes (fantasy butterflies), combined different tastes, facing challenges and opportunities, always working with a smile.
I say “we”, because today I am no longer alone, but we are a very close-knit and cohesive group of people, who from the idea of a format to the production of the same, up to the packaging, pays attention and interest because all together we are proud of bring color and fantasy of shapes to tables all over the world.
One of the peculiarities of our work that excites us and characterizes us is the will to face new challenges. Often our customers contact us because they had an idea and ask us to put it into practice, from the drawing of the die to the image on the personalized title block.
